yesterday took advantage of great weather and went for a 2 hour mt bike ride zone 1 intensity.

9am coaching
Protein Shake + 5 g glutamine + blck Coffee

Workout @ 10am

Lunch 11:30am- 4 oz Leftover meatloaf + goat yogurt + 1/2 grilled cheese on whole grain.
