1. 3 Hang Sq Clean and Jerk w/ 50-60% #95lbs; 8minutes
2. 3 Sq Snatches w/ 50-60% #65lb; 8 minutes


note: body felt score and tired today so i called it....motivation was also low. try again tomorrow.
