Sleep 11pm -5am

Coached 5am, 6am, 9am

8AM easy Airdyne 15 minutes

2:30pm- walked the dogs 1 hour

Coached 4:30pm,5:30pm

Ice Bath 15 min
Hot Shower 10 min

8pm Dinner - Sweet potato fries + 3oz Steak
